i really need a breather...
Sorry there has been major lack of blogging lately! I got an order from a lady at work to make 6 handbags for gifts!! I feel some stress coming on!! I enjoy making them, but with working 40 hrs a week, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of my husband there some times is a lack of sewing time. I guess that's what happens. I'm just thrilled that I have the business. This is why I plan to only sell in stock items on etsy for now. I figure when the time comes I will be able to at home full time, but until then I have to keep movin' on!!

Thanks for your comments on my craft room! The walls are grey, but look kind of blueish in the right light. I picked that color because I knew I wanted to have lots of brightly colored stuff in the room and I figured grey goes with everything. That way I could change the room alot without painting.

Ooh, I forgot to tell you - I got myself one of those little wooden men when I was at Ikea too! I just couldn't resist. And, yes, every kid in the place what twisting the poor things every which way. He is currently sitting on a shelf (also Ikea) right above my cutting table waving hello!
